Bloom Description
Volunteer Reports: The HAB is moving south from the adjacent zone to the north 3288. Sunny and windless all day. Had checked earlier at 12:30 PM and seemed like a bloom was incipient as there were clearly cyanobacteria beginning to gather on the surface but not clearly defined bloom. The are also a lot of "junk" on the surface now, including what may be black clumps and a few white ones.
