Bloom Description
Volunteer reports: As soon as the fog lifted in the morning, the bloom started and then it intensified dramatically w/in 30 min. It dissipated and thinned out, but did not completely disappear, late in the afternoon. Part of 9/20/24 NW quad shoreline widespread bloom
