Bloom Description
Bloom observed on Wyers Point Road in Ovid, just south of The Cottage. Lake is fairly calm with gentle lapping. Bloom extended across 3 properties but did not go around point to the north. It remained about 10 feet from shore. This was day after first significant rain in weeks.
