Bloom Description
Small localized bloom along the residential shoreline of Water St. in the village of Cayuga. Conditions at this location have been very dry and warm. Harrier noted clearly visible pervasive streaks on the surface of the water and accumulation around the build-up pondweed in the small inlet between two waterfront residences.
