Bloom Description
Volunteer reported: Very sparse with small accumulations of light green “flecks”. Only visible if closely approaching the water. First noted around 12:20 pm and persisting still around 1 pm. Light breeze, overcast. Intense rainfall the night before with over 1” of precipitation.
