Notes: THIS IS A SECOND SAMPLE FROM STORMWATER RUNOFF (IN CURRY CREEK) FROM HURRICANE DEBBY. I NOTICED LATER IN DAY of 1st SAMPLE, WATER WAS DEVELOPING FOAM w/GREASE LIKE SUBSTANCE IN IT. FOAM WAS STILL PRESENT AT TIME OF 2nd (THIS SAMPLE). GREASY FOAM ON WATER.
