Bloom Description
Volunteer reported: very little breeze, calm lake, bright sun. Lots of algae "dots" in water yesterday, and I saw the beginnings of this HABs around 10:30 this morning. Decided to let it percolate before I reported it. Cool and cloudy yesterday, .4" rain on Tuesday.
