Red Flag Monitoring Event on October 27, 2023
for Cayuga Heights Streams under Base Flow conditions
Notes: Water at RBM (Renwick Brook Mouth) and RBHR was noticeably muddy/chocolate brown while other sites had clear water. Volunteer observations and data from upstream Renwick Brook sites (Renwick Brook North Branch and Renwick Brook South Branch) suggest that this was likely due to a water main break upstream at the intersection of North Triphammer Rd and Hanshaw Rd.
